Denise has an eye for detail that shows in all aspects of the restaurant. Having previously owned several successful businesses, as well as over twenty years in the restaurant industry, she brings a strong entrepeneureal vision to Liquid Assets. When she is not riding her horse or spending time with her daughter, you will find her at the restaurant coordinating with local artists for the next show, managing operations, or mixing up a cocktail behind the bar.

Lucie Blackinton is the Bar Manager and Mixologist at Liquid Assets. Lucie has been cultivating the art of cocktail creation utilizing local and seasonal produce for specialty infusions, liqueurs, syrups and bitters. Her genius for creating balanced beautiful cocktails is apparent from the first glance of the creation she places before you. Her inspiration comes from a passion for flavors with talents in all facets of the culinary industry.
